We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. If you wish to return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
  • The return request must be made within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, must be included with your return.

Once your request is received, our team will review it and provide further instructions on how to send the item back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons. This includes:

  • Items purchased under final sale or clearance promotions.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage not caused during delivery.

We encourage customers to check all details cautiously before confirming their orders to ensure satisfaction with their purchase.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes inspection by our quality assurance team. Once approved, your refund will be made through bank transfer to the account provided during the refund request process. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the transfer to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Payment Mode

Please note that Lynabi only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. Refunds for such orders will be completed via bank transfer once the returned item has been approved for refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@lynabi.com within three (3) days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can assist you promptly. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

7. Personal Data Protection

All personal information collected during the return or refund process will be handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) . Your data will only be used for processing the return, communication regarding the refund, and recordkeeping as required by law.
